French fries are outstanding even after delivery. Burgers are fantastic and the perfect size. Shakes are tasty *****

When you make the crazy choice to spend $20 on a burger and fries, you at least hope it'll come the way you ordered it... no lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, or onions in sight.

I. Love five guys but damn it, when you charge 25$ for a burger and fries would it be so hard to put some lecture in the bag? Ruined the whole meal.

Missing items from order. As much as it costs to eat here you'd think they'd make sure all your items are in your order.
