Oh my gosh! Five Guys never disappoints and the fact they had BOGO made my mouth melt when I saw it for the Cheeseburger. The size, freshness, taste, melted cheese etc makes me want to have another one right now just talking about it

Whereas I love the meal and I appreciate that they give you a ton of fries, I wish they put them in a separate bag so that the wrapper on your burger or dog wouldn't make such a massive mess every time. It's always hot and delicious but I prefer to not have to do so much prep work to eat it or post eating clean up because you're going to do one or the other.

After picking up my food 5-10 mins after getting the food is ready text, I still ended up waiting 15 extra minutes for whatever, and I realized I should've just got McDonalds. The fries were all way over cooked and hard, over seasoned with salt and not worth the money they charge. Probably my fault since I hadn't been there in years and I ASSUMED the fries were as good as they used to be. Burgers were aite at best. The best part of the meal was the bottle of Coke.

The milkshakes had spilled ice cream all over them. This is the second time this has happened. The items were sealed, so it was obviously the store not the door Dash driver. Also ingredients were not mixed well at all.

This is my go-to burger joint. You guys consistently make good food. The fries are great too. the burgers are always cooked to perfection and I'm pretty much spoiled for other joints. Cheers!
