This is the 3rd day in a row I've had one of these burgers! With the grilled onions, it's delicious! Patties are thin but there's 2 and they aren't overcooked. I love them!

Cheeseburger patty undercooked they said they only make well done burgers when I called clearly this isnt well done and my vanilla Milkshake was frozen it was almost solid when I got it I thought it was made fresh theyre too expensive to be making these mistakes very disappointed

Pros: The patty in the Cheeseburger is very thick, and the entire burger is flavorful. For a hearty appetite it is a good choice. If ihad known I would have chosen the little cheeseburger. Regular Fries are nicely salted.
Cons: Fries were pretty soggy - I am willing to try dine in and see it makes a difference. The same goes for the burger - it was ok but sort of squished and flat. Also the choc shake I ord was not delivered. Doordash issued a instant refund no questions asked but it was disappointing to say the least. It ain't great when simple orders are screwed up. In and Out still does the best job of presenting crisp, fresh burgers and fries - these other chains could learn a lesson.

One the best burgers we've had in a long time!! Cooked perfectly. Good meat, no weird little cartilage or whatever that stuff is. Very pleased and will definitely order from here again.
