Excellent cheeseburger . Always consistant . Lovely long list of add-on’s without extra charge . The regular size cheeseburgers are quite filling , the fries although small order are a plateful - tender and so far never stale nor dried out . The grilled cheese sandwich had two nicely sliced tomatoes . The sandwich , cheeseburger and fries never has the greasy aftertaste of old grease nor seed oils . This is why I order from 5 guys .

Five guys truly never fails to make such a delicious , Fresh beef , cheeseburger with an array of add- ons , no extra charge . The lettuce was crispy and fresh . The beef isn't dry but juicy . Excellent tomatoes, not so thinly sliced they seem to disappear . I do like the onions but would dearly love a sliced red onion option . Oh… warm , lovely fries, never tastes as though laying about waiting for a scoop -up .

This is the 3rd day in a row I've had one of these burgers! With the grilled onions, it's delicious! Patties are thin but there's 2 and they aren't overcooked. I love them!

Pros: The patty in the Cheeseburger is very thick, and the entire burger is flavorful. For a hearty appetite it is a good choice. If ihad known I would have chosen the little cheeseburger. Regular Fries are nicely salted.
Cons: Fries were pretty soggy - I am willing to try dine in and see it makes a difference. The same goes for the burger - it was ok but sort of squished and flat. Also the choc shake I ord was not delivered. Doordash issued a instant refund no questions asked but it was disappointing to say the least. It ain't great when simple orders are screwed up. In and Out still does the best job of presenting crisp, fresh burgers and fries - these other chains could learn a lesson.

Cheeseburger patty undercooked they said they only make well done burgers when I called clearly this isnt well done and my vanilla Milkshake was frozen it was almost solid when I got it I thought it was made fresh theyre too expensive to be making these mistakes very disappointed
