the food was incredible but the prices here are truly absurd. nearly $12 for a burger w/o sides.. what a joke. could eat cheaper at a dine-in restaurant in Center City. that said, the food was prepared with care and very tasty.

My Regular Fries arrived in a small brown paper bag instead of the usual overflowing white paper cup. Less than half the amount of fries you would typically receive if you ordered in store. Why are DoorDash orders treated different? I choose Five Guys because of the quality of the food and overflowing and generous fries portions - their trademark - and this is a little disappointing for sure.

Poor experience. No longer a huge bag of fries, you'll only get a few even if you order a larger size like regular (like we did the past 2 times we ordered)
Cajun fries weren't seasoned at all.
Instructions weren't followed both times (missing sauce and ingredients)
Unfortunate because five guys is truly usually a staple. Quality has decreased

Fries came wrong size. Five guys used to give fries in the bag when you ordered a large. Sadly now if you order a large fry you just get half a cup of fries. Better off saving the money and ordering burgers and fries from shake shack which have bigger fries than five guys.

So good! New fave fast food place. The fries were the perfect amount. I do miss sauces for fries but I'll live. It's healthier. Also, if you miss the Wendy's vanilla frosty, this will be your best substitute!
