Their food's just phenomenal & their fries ruined all other other fries for me. My fav fries was McDonald's until they changed the fryer oil. I love their Cheeseburger w/lettuce & it's just Awesome quality food every time.

The patties on my bacon cheese burger were not cooked all the way and were barely warm in the middle. I couldn't finish it. We ordered two burgers and both came that way. The buns were so soggy they melted apart when we unwrapped the burgers. I ended up just putting it on my own buns at home. The fries werent bad after I seasoned them. Very unsatisfied with my order...

Food was super fresh and the burgers are pretty big. Fries were fresh. Cheeseburger was kind of bland like no seasoning. Overall I'd order again.

Normally everything is ama but ton was a miss. The Grilled Cheese Sandwich was burned and so smushed I am not even sure it was a full sandwich. The Little Fries were burnt which is sad since that what we had to wait for once we got there . The Little Cheeseburgers were good as usual. Hopefully just an off night.

Five Guys forgot the drinks and if I hadn't double checked the bags the would've been completely forgotten.
Fries were extra soggy and forgot the Cajun seasoning on one of the large orders.
Orders were entered with names but burgers were labeled by number which also led to more confusion. I feel like previously when doing door dash group orders names have been tagged on the outside of the burgers.
Burgers were mid at best. I've heard from several of my teammates that this was a subpar performance from Five Guys. Not sure what happened this time but hopefully next time will be better, but it might be a while before we try again.
