Sandwich was delicious, came with a buttload of ketchup and a bigger helping of fries than I ordered. Shake was great too, only complaint is it was missing whipped cream. Will order again.

The Cheeseburger was moist and well-organized, so as not to be messy unlike other handmade burgers I've had. I would love to know what oil was used for the Regular Fries as they were flavorful without needing more than salt. The Milkshake ingredients were blended evenly.

Excellent, consistent burger - not soggy, still warm after a 30 min drive. Well packaged.
The fries are normally excellent too but today WAY too much salt - I prob just got the bottom the fries bin today and they're prob busy with today being a holiday.
Order was correct as always. I really appreciate the quality and consistency.

Fries are great! The best fries in Seattle. Real potato with a perfect treatment frying it. The burger... they need to urgently change the bread. The bread they use has that chewy texture that no longer taste like bread.

Burgers tasted bland, fries were too much and flavor was good. Not worth $15 to be honest.
