Ordered on DoorDash and by the time I opened the bag, I felt like I had just unwrapped a treasure chest. The fries? There were approximately 17 pounds of them. I’m pretty sure they just keep scooping fries until the bag physically cannot close anymore. Respect.
The burger was so juicy it should’ve come with a warning label and a napkin budget. Fresh, hot, stacked like it was built by someone who truly cares about my happiness and cholesterol levels.
Even after the drive, everything was hot, perfect, and unapologetically Five Guys. If I wanted a sad, tiny burger, I’d have ordered literally anywhere else. But this? This was greatness.
DoorDash driver probably needed a forklift to carry the fries.
Will absolutely order again.

Disappointed. Ordered online for pickup. Nothing was ready or even started when I got there. Burger was bland and veggies weren't very fresh. They need to improve a lot for me to spend $30 for another fast food meal there.

I ordered a regular Hamburger (NO CHEESE) because my wife is lactose intolerant and guess what?? It came with CHEESE!!!
I couldn't even give her my burger because I ordered a Light CHEESEburger!!! It would be easier to "suck it up" if they were cheap burgers but they aren't!! Very disappointed!!
