We already love Five Guys, but tonight they went above and beyond. We used DoorDash for delivery and I accidently ordered one too many fries. They displayed excellent customer service, and flexibility (even though technically the service was being provided third party). Thank you, and if you read this, the Chocolate Shake was a delicious addition to the meal!

My fries were burnt. I could not eat 3/4 of them. Very upset since I had just got done with practice.

The fries tasted old. They certainly weren't fresh. The burger was yummy! Door dasher was friendly!
