The burgers were great, the fries were well cooked (not raw and cold), good meal.

When it's good, it's good. BUT more often than not, the Fries are absolutely doused in salt and it makes them inedible. Not even dipping in a Milkshake saves them. I give them a chance hoping the fries won't be too salty this time, but lately it fails me. This inconsistency makes it not worth the money to get.

I paid an extra $8.40 to get an additional patty on each cheese burger I ordered and I didn't get it. Waste of money. The fries were also under cooked and cold by the time they arrived. Most other restaurants in a similar distance always deliver hot food.

Bacon tasted burnt, lettuce wasn't shredded or a leaf it was like salad? Ordered pickles but didn't get them, did not order tomatoes but got those. Bun did not hold up to a 15 minute drive to me, meat taste almost exactly like Wendy's burger meat (not a bad thing but for the money...). Fries were not my type of fry but maybe they would for others. They were floppy and underseasoned. The bottle of Coke was good.

Over well done onions stinky like they sat at room temp all day and even w/ delivery the pickles were hit like it sat under a heat lamp like fast food. Not the glorious food I remember from their Canton site 20 yrs ago,
