Burger is so fresh and tasty. And they give so much extra French Fries, it's ridiculous!! Thank you Five Guys!!

Burger was just wrapped in a ball and squished together. They added more mayo than I've ever seen in my life to the point the burger was so wet that the bun was falling apart. No seasoning at all on the burger or toppings. Fries were good. Probably wouldn't get again.

my meat was undercooked i ordered well done
fries were "large" but put in a small size bag for the small fries and rest of fries were everywhere inside the bag sloppy

The French fries were soggy which is normally not the standard we are accustomed to from this location. The burger was cooked to perfection and the condiments proportional to the burger.

Always great service and great food. We ordered through doordash today and when we received our order the patty was missing from the cheeseburger. Doordash would only refund $3.48 😤 and would not consider refunding any more. So I called Five guys to inform them of mistake. The employee quickly apologized and offered to make another burger if we could stop in. They also included fries and milkshake even though we were happy with burger. So thoughtful and kind. Love this place. Putting the customer first!!!
