My french fries were ok after I finished cooking them in the air fryer. they were woefully undercooked, limp, grease noodles on arrival.
The cheeseburger was unrecognizable as a sandwich made of separate components. It was just a smashed pile of mush that tasted vaguely like a burger retrieved from a dumpster. After two bites, I wretched and decided to just try and enjoy my $20 french fries.

I selected customizations in DoorDash, but the Five Guys receipt didn't match. The first item I selected was missing from both sandwiches. The hot dog and hamburger were good; just not what I ordered.

food was cold and they gave about half the fries they normally would in the restaurant, plus my order was missing an item.
