The good: a Great burger better than any other burger. Ketchup and cheeseburger is the way to go the cheese tastes spectacular and smashes my expectations. This burger is built to crave it.

The bad: Fries don't stay fresh for delivery, I only know one place that's on the same street as me where the fries deliver freshly, and a slightly closer place where the fries don't deliver freshly. Honest I get the fries or whatever pushes the total over $12 to activate the dashpass and save a few bucks lol.

There wasn't any straws or napkins in our bag. I was not allowed to make any special requests which I would have asked for NO pink in my burger. The middle of my burger was very under cooked, I had to finish cooking it in the microwave. My burger came with tomatoes & grilled onions & while there was a little bit, for the price we paid, the small amount on it was not fair.

The bacon cheeseburger had the perfect amount juiciness & ratio of cheese to meat to bun. I recommend a milkshake with bacon, peanut butter & Oreo cookies. It sounds odd but it's surprisingly yummy. Love that they have unlimited mix ins for the milkshakes

Forgot the bacon on one of the burgers. Also both so dripping wet with mayo that the buns were in pieces upon arrival. Cold soft fries. Definitely dropped the ball on this order, they're not typically like this.
