This was our first time ordering Five Guys via delivery, and it was a great experience. Our burgers arrived very hot. Our fries were crispy, perfectly salted and so plentiful we could not eat them all. Lastly, they have DELICIOUS SHAKES. I honestly don't think it matters what flavor you get, they are thick and yummy. Great first experience at Five Guys, will definitely order again.

The BLTs each had three half pieces of bacon on it. The sandwich was all lettuce and tomato. Very disappointing. especially considering the price. Fries were great.

My Cheeseburger with grilled onions and mushrooms was very good, I wished they had grilled the onions and shrooms a little more.
The little fries were good not as hot as I would have liked but that's what you get with delivery, I just put in toaster oven and crisp up. Will order again.

Our first really disappointing experience with Five Guys. Though as always the burgers were good, the fries were seriously burnt. Instead of a banana shake, we were given a peanut butter shake. So essentially a quarter of our order arrived inedible. We'll probably only order Five Guys to eat on premises going forward.

I like salt, but someone got too heavy-handed with my fries and they were basically inedible. I tried dousing them with ranch, but that was a bad idea and did not help.  I asked DoorDash for a partial refund, as the price was just over seven dollars, but they said no.
