Burger tasted delicious and well cooked as always. My only complaint was that the fries were so heavily salted they were not eatable. I'll never understand why restaurants don't salt mildly and let the customer add as needed

The little burger was ok but i wasn't offered the regular "all the way" and instead it was literally smothered in raw onions to such an extreme it was kind of ridiculous. And no other toppings at all just a TON of RAW onions. I will order again but will call store about toppings next time. I ordered the little burger and a shake and it was $30. Normally I get bacon in my shake but they wanted over $7 EXTRA for bacon and it's free in the store. And no straw - not my best experience !

The food is standard quality for Five Guys. The way that they "seal" the bag on delivery orders is completely unacceptable. They just leave the bag wide open and lazily slap the sticker over the top, leaving the food completely exposed. This is not a one time occurrence at this establishment, they always do it. Given what Five Guys charges for food, this is disgraceful.

The hamburgers are good. The fries are dangerous. If a customer has high blood pressure and would be in risk of having a heart attack or stroke, I am letting everyone know on this review to PLEASE don't eat the fries. I ordered fries and a burger several times recently and tried to request that they do NOT salt the fries as much as they do. The auto response said that they do NOT accept requests for changes. $9 for a bag of heart attack salted fries is dangerous and expensive. Obviously someone is salting the fries like mad. They are not automatically salted with the tremendous amount of salt on them. I have never in my life gotten fries with the amount of salt on them that 5 guys uses. I hope someone reads this who can adjust the amount of salt on the order. I have a brain aneurysm and can't possibly handle the salt on the fries. And I love 5 guys fries, but the salt is way too much.

It's expensive, and far from my house, but I think it's worth it. If it was cheaper than $15 for a burger, I'd order all the time. 🍔
