Charging $9.71 for a small burger that's only 3 inches long feels like robbery. It's like 3 or 4 bites.
The Cajun fries are great though.

So disappointed with my order today, burgers were not great but the fries which I'm usually a huge fan of, weren't even edible. For this price we should be getting top quality every time.

Normally the food is great but this time it's like they didn't season the Cheeseburger or Little Fries. Just not a good quality this time.

Terrible fulfillment! Ordered a bacon burger, paid extra for it, and arrived with no bacon. A regular burger arrived squashed to the size of a hockey puck. Ordered both regular and Cajun fries; arrived all mixed together in a single bag, making no one happy. At least the didn't screw up the bottle of Coke. I've never had such slapdash fulfillment from Five Guys -- VERY disappointing!
