Charging $9.71 for a small burger that's only 3 inches long feels like robbery. It's like 3 or 4 bites.
The Cajun fries are great though.

Terrible fulfillment! Ordered a bacon burger, paid extra for it, and arrived with no bacon. A regular burger arrived squashed to the size of a hockey puck. Ordered both regular and Cajun fries; arrived all mixed together in a single bag, making no one happy. At least the didn't screw up the bottle of Coke. I've never had such slapdash fulfillment from Five Guys -- VERY disappointing!
