This location is my favorite spot locally, even their customer service whenever I go in person is excellent and my burger is always made to perfection

the cheese wasn't melted you put Raw onions on my burger the bacon was a few small burnt pieces the burger patty was not a full patty

Burgers were made as expected and were delicious! Unfortunately the fries had way too much seasoning on them. They also were barely the size of a small fry. This is not normal for five guys so hoping it's a one time incident.

I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger and it came with no bacon at all. On top of that, the burger was packaged poorly and wasn’t even fully covered in aluminum foil. Half of the burger was sticking out, which made the whole meal messy and disappointing. For the price, I expected much better quality and attention to detail.
