The burger was excellent, as always. The toppings were fresh and piled high. I ordered a Little Fries and was surprised by the amount of fries.

The Little Bacon cheese Burger was smashed flat. it looked like one the Jr bacon cheese burger from Wendys. The guy behind the counter insisted on making me fresh fries.

Loaded burger? Yeah, its gonna be messy however, should it be so messy that your dasher even looks at it with disgust while handing it to you? The bad was literally SOPPING wet halfway up the bag from grease. The little cardboard container of fries had soaked THROUGH due to grease. As I was carrying the bag into my building the food fell through the bottom of the bag and onto the ground (you guessed it, because of grease). The bun was emulsified from the combination of the grease and the toppings. I get it, some of that will occur due to traveling, etc. I domt expect restaurant fresh food while ordering door dash. Spend your money more wisely and go to Home Run Burger or the like. At least they take pride in their food. I called the manager to complain/ask for a replacement. Didnt even want a refund, just replace my food, that I had DOORDASHED to me, AND, I'll even come and get it! Manager said that they couldnt replace a burger because it had some grease on it. Actually half-heartedly chuckled like they were amused at the request. Ridiculous.
