FANTASTIC FOOD. Best hamburger/cheeseburger in town. I used to think Jacks was best, but Five Guys have surpassed all. The fries are perfectly cooked.

Burnt buns and hot ketchup. Not a single fry in the french fry bag, and the ketchup packets were buried in the loose french fries very unsanitary. It also caused the ketchup to be hot, which was unpleasant.

food tasted ok. portions are old style small, but prices are new style high. not generous at all. if prices were in line with what I got, I'd be happy enough. did not get but did pay for lemonade. packed no napkins or ketchup (for fries). competition is too high for them to be so lean.

Unfortunately, the worst 5 guys I've had. My grilled onions were raw, they missed a topping, my tomatoes were still green, and the fries had enough salt to stop a persons heart just looking at them. They were inedible

BLT - my first disappointing meal from 5 guys. The main reason was they forgot the milk shake and way too much salt on fries.
When I asked if Door Dash would bring me a milk shake, I was told to go there and pick it up!! If I could drive there I wouldn't have ordered delivery. Other times everything was perfect, but $6.95 for no milkshake is not acceptable.
