• 7/27/26GOT MY FOOD AND IT WAS COLD I WASN'T GOING TO SAY ANYTHING TIL I OPENED THE PACKAGE BURGER WASN'T PROPERLY WRAPPED AND HAD OLD LETTUCE ON IT .IM NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED BECAUSE I NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS RESTAURANT I WASN'T HAPPY AT ALL ESPECIALLY SPENDING OVER 40 DOLLARS

• 6/12/22Was awful. The dasher was there for an extra 20 minutes waiting on food. Bag was sealed and we literally received 17 fries for two regular orders. 17 whole cold and awful fries.
Burgers 3 out of 4 were wrong toppings. It's impossible to explain the difference between 5guys in westfield and 5guys on 86th. Avoid 86th location at ALL costs. Employees simply do not care
