The hamburger rolls were soggy and the fries were slightly burned. I am surprised because in the past my orders from five guys have been perfect. Very disappointed and it will be a while before I order there again.

the food was soggy to the point my burger was actually mush instead of solid, the amount of grease was sickening. I will not likely be going to Five Guys again, to each their own. Ordering and service was good though

Burg are excep tasting. I lik mine plain w mustard so I can taste the burger and ch wi out the flavor being diluted by the greens and ketchup and other fancy adding.

Burgers and fries from here are generally very good. Today the fries were just dumped into the bag all over the burgers.
