Freaking love this place! Fries are amazing and generous. My favorite shake is the Reeses! Orders are always accurate and perfect for warm night cravings!

We have been going to Five Guys for years and it's always delicious. Even though this visit the top bun of my burger was soggy from the lettuce/pickles it didn't phase me. It happens when you use fresh vegetables (or like a lot of veggies on your burger) and I love that they're crisp and fresh! AND I love that I can have however many different vegetables I want for FREE! We didn't expect the full experience from DoorDash delivery because take-out from here is never as good as eating it right when it's ready. If you haven't had Five Guys before I would highly recommend trying it in-store first. Just my opinion, I tried it for the first time in my hometown of Oklahoma City about 5 years ago (and I've had it across the country) and it's one of the best and consistent burger restaurants I've had the pleasure of eating at. Even delivery is good but the fries aren't crispy after traveling in a bag. Speaking of fries, you need to know the portion of the fries is crazy big! My bf and I can put some food down but when we come here we always share a little fry. If you're ordering for one, be prepared to have fries in your fridge tomorrow haha
We love Five Guys and we will keep coming back!

They dumped a bunch of french fries in the bottom of a paper bag. By the time they got to me the grease had caused the bag to fall apart. Unappealing- the could put them in a container?
The two burgerswere partially wrapped in foil. Whoever assembled our order was in a hurry- or just didnt care

Our burgers arrived smashed and one was not completely wrapped. It wou be nice if burgers were packaged in a container; especially for DD or to go orders. Food is way too expensive to not be happy with your order. We paid almost $40 for 3 smashed burgers...Very disappointing!

Five guys did not include me fries and was not willing to be helpful with my dasher. I have ordered several times from five guys and never had an issue. I know mistakes happen but find it ridiculous that there is nothing this restaurant can do when I have spent quite a bit of money here.
