I paid $2.50 for bacon and got 3 slivers. Do better next time. Over all. 5 Guys is quality. They just arent giving any bacon.

Burger was great, fries were completely uncooked, some were still raw in the middle. I had to cook them in my air fryer. For the price and convenience, the fries should have been made properly and I should not have to expect to cook them. Large FriesCheeseburger

I love five guys but idk if it's corporate or management telling the employees to not give a normal amount of fries....or if it's just an employee who doesn't care? but I ordered a Little Fries and normally the bag is filled with fries plus the little cup is stuffed with them, but the last few times i've ordered they have really cut way back. to the point that i'm leaving a review. the attached photo is ALL the fries i received. i paid nearly $7 for THIS??? if i wanted to be disappointed by a burger place i would just go to mcdonald's! but even mcdonald's knows how many fries you're meant to get for $7!!

Why isn't there a zero star option? Normally Five Guys is one of our favorite places but if this was my first experience I would never even consider ordering from them again! For $45 we got a Bacon Cheeseburger with multiple toppings (and only actually got ONE topping), a Little Cheeseburger Bowl with toppings...but they literally just threw all the items in a bowl, and Regular Fries...you get more fries with a Happy Meal at McDonald's than we got for the $7+ we paid for these cold fries. Clearly these people were ready to go home for the day and didn't care about the customer or the company. Would never eat from here again. If it's that hard to find employees that want to do their job, I'd recommend just closing the location.
