• 8/31/23My hamburger was not as good it was broken and not enough lettuce to hold together. One piece of tomato think 2 mushrooms. It was a miss. The fry's were the last of the batch mainly hard pieces.

• 10/19/25One of the burgers was missing the extra patty we ordered and were charged for. The fries were so heavily seasoned that they were inedible, truly an unreal amount of seasoning. We have dashed from five guys many times and have never had an experience like this before. Disappointing.
