I normally have rave reviews. This order both Bacon Burger and Little Hamburger were smashed pancake flat. My order of Little Cajun Fries was missing. The bag was not folded over and sealed. Just pinched closed and stickered. The Large Fries didn't look like the normal large size we order. Unless they changed it it looked like the medium size without any extra overflowing into the bag. Was disappointed. Did get a refund for the missing fry order but the rest was very disappointing. Not the normal for Five Guys.

I ordered two Little Cheeseburgers. They taste just okay. Maybe a little over cooked. I was hesitant about ordering fries because the last time I ordered fries they were undercooked. The fries were so soggy and very flimsy. This type the fries were worse. They were very greasy, and almost burnt. They were really brown and felt as if they soaked in grease. I will not support Five Guys. They are too inconsistent.

You can't really go wrong with 5 guys. Burgers are made just the way you want them with whatever toppings they have. The cajun fries are really good. I'd never had them before
Unless you order a milkshake. Even with inches of snow, the skake melted, and I ended up with thick milk.
