As usual everything was prepared properly and tasted great! The fries were fresh and hot and plentiful.

Seriously overpriced! My double cheeseburger bun was half soggy when it arrived (I tossed out 1/2 the bun) and I don't know why because the dasher got it her quickly. Also, the patties were skinny , squashed and shaped funny. Granted, I haven't had 5Guys in a while, maybe the way you make them has changed, but I don't remember them being like this at all. We always liked 5Guys. The milkshake I ordered was small too, the quality and quantity was ridiculous for the price!! Very disappointing!

Skimp out on fries, got a large fry which is $10 and barely gave me any. I used to work at a five guys and know the portions. Don't know why this mentor location skimps out

The little cheeseburger was big enough! I loaded it with everything that I like. It was simply delicious as well as the fries! The strawberry milk shake tasted perfectly refreshing.
