I've ordered from this 5 Guys before and the food is always great - I usually get the Bacon Cheeseburger with Regular Fries (got the large once and its huge too much for me). This time the delivery person did not follow instructions like previously, to call and left the food outside not inside the double doors and at the wrong door. We could not easily find it and the picture was no help. So 5 Guys gets a great rating it was the door dash delivery person who didn't follow directions, didn't call/text and left at wrong blg where it took awhile to find it and it was cold by then. Not 5 guys fault.

Little Bacon Cheeseburger was very good and made to order. Cooked well, not over or under cooked. The only thing is, part of the bun did get mushy. Little Fries were fresh, and they're generous on the size! It's a little pricey, but good quality and taste. So you get what you pay for.

Best forced deal ever bogo on all the burgs was dope af and the quality on them was fantastic. Bought lunch and got dinner with it. Will be back soon.

I love Five Guys. I've been a loyal customer for several years and have never found quality lacking. That said, this last order was between average and below average for me. I ordered their bacon cheese burger with bbq sauce and well, they literally put a drop of bbq sauce on the burger. I kinda wanted to taste that bbq sauce especially since the only other thing I ordered on the burger was grilled onion. The chocolate milkshake was sooooo sweet I couldn't drink it and the fries while good were surprisingly portioned very small for Five Guys. Again, just not what I expect from Five Guys.

Always excellent food and excellent service! Their fries are more like fair fries. Delicious. And burgers are always fresh!
