Honestly I love this place, everything is always delicious and well prepared and they give you sooo many fries <3

Had the butt end of a wedge of lettuce on my burger. My wifes Little Cheeseburger was missing cheese. Also the bread managed to be stale while still being soggy. I know using door dash on certain foods is just a gamble and I accept that but for the price paid to 5 guys maybe a takeout container so my burger is not flattened would be a worthwile investment. It is what it is on the good side got a ton of fries.

the order was 2 Large Cajun Fries and honestly I've had more fries from a medium order in store. the bag had maybe 5-6 loose fries which likely just means a few fell out of the container rather than an intentional extra. highly doubt I will order more fries to go ever again especially 18$ or more. will probably buy a five guys knock off seasoning and just get BK fries delivered

The Bacon Cheese Dogs are my favorite, and you can never go wrong with the Regular Cajun Fries either! I usually dip mine in ranch at home. I'm not sure why Five Guys doesn't offer dipping sauces but it's not a problem. My only issue is any time I've ever ordered a Milkshake for delivery, it arrives completely melted. I usually have to pop it in the freezer for a bit to try to thicken it back up. For how expensive they are, they shouldn't arrive melted.

Burger was thrown together and all over in wrapper. So greasy the bun was wet. Could barely pick up to attempt to eat
