litterally perfect, Triple patty barbecue bacon burger melted in my mouth every bite i just wanted another one, such a great filling meal for a solid price

The Cheeseburger was undercooked and every bite we took was with a mouthful of liquid... it was so weird... I've had burgers from them and multiple places throughout the omaha area, places that have taken much longer for delivery and have never had an experience like this with a burger... the burger was so wet and the whole bun was soggy. Could only eat half and that's definitely not like us lol.

Very disappointing! I got the Cheeseburger the mushrooms weren't grilled definitely straight out of can and cold. The burger bun was mushy and the little fries were cold and limp and indeed little! $5.99 for that tiny cup? I feel ripped off! No thanks! Never again!

Papillion location. They hung up on me when I tried to correct my order and the Grilled Cheese Sandwich had hot sauce, which I didn't want. They had plenty of time to correct this. Ordered 3:30PM. The Little Fries were way too salty and I love salt. Disappointed. I would have preferred the woman just say "sorry, we can't fix this".

The Regular Cajun Fries I received is the same size as the small fries have been in previous orders. I don't know if they are changing the way they are serving fries, but really wish I would have known that I would be getting half the amount the orders normally come in.
