I came in and gave my name for pickup. They said they'd start on it right away. Half an hour later it's still not done but everyone who came in after me had gotten their food. I went up and asked the status of the door dash order and they had put it in the fridge instead of giving it to me.

The poke bowl rice was stale like it was from yesterday and refrigerated. While saving money is important in a business, rice should be cooked fresh daily to avoid mold growth when refrigerating it.
