The Birria tacos are BOMB. Great flavor, texture- just flat out wonderful. Tender, juicy meat and perfection in the dipping sauce. The Iowa nachos are a staple of the menu. Particularly great tonight. I have eaten enough meals at Flame Bondurant to say- it is GOOD!!! Birria especially. Was too obsessed with eating it to take photos this time.

Ordered Street Tacos in steak and shrimp. Asked for no cilantro, and no onions or salsa on one order. I get that doing that makes them not "made the right way" but meat lacked flavor and seasonings. It was okay, but not great. Chips were seasoned well, but queso was pretty bland also. Not at all worth the 50 bucks I spent for the meal.

Ordered a chicken quesadilla. They sent shrimp tacos instead. Which also werent good anyway. Potato chip nachos are fire, and so is the chicken Quesadilla, but, they didnt want to send me what I ordered
