Pick up order. Steak was barely grilled and mushy. This is the second time meat came out mushy. Kimchi packet was ripped open and dripped allover the inside of my order.

Spicy Korean chicken - delisious but for me way to spicy. So, I fill forward it to my roommaide - liking spicy food.
Flame Broiler has always been my favorite food place, just made a mistake in ordering. Thanks

My order was incorrect. I received the wrong side for one of my bowls. I also requested hot sauce and magic sauce and I did not receive any. The food tasted okay with descent portions, but the packing of the order was not good since a lot of items were missing.

Meat was over cooked and serving size was small. Bowls usually full of rice and meat. Rice 1/3 of bowl and two tablespoons of meat in each bowl.
