The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich was just not good! It has like 3 small chicken tenders you could buy frozen at the grocery store. They were dry and tasted like cheap fast food. 2 pickles only. The sauce is just normal buffalo sauce. Almost no ranch. It was just extremely underwhelming. This store got its marketing right by taking great quality photos but their food doesnt match.
The Candied Jalapeno Cheeseburger was awful. The worst. 3 small jalapeños. The beef tasted just like boiled beef, no flavor, no grill marks. Or pan marks. Just well done crumbly beef. The cheese being the only thing keeping the beef together.. And microwaved bacon is a huge no no! They cant change my mind that its not microwaved. It so rubbery and translucent. And again not enough sauce to try it. Or bring flavor.
With so many chicken sandwich places like daves chicken sandwiches or Houstons chicken sandwiches coming out with their own sauces and flavors and gastropubs creating these amazing bugers, you really have to create your own brand and flavor and food to stand out and thrive. This just tasted like a bunch of store bought products that was delivered and constructed so poorly. It didnt feel like a new burger place creating something that is theirs. Nothing that makes me wanna come back and especially at that price. I think Burger King tasted better. And is cheaper! The only good thing about this place was the bun was decent!
