• 1/25/23I ordered a 20pc wings. They were cooked perfectly. Hot and Fresh, The only complaint is my wing flavor was incorrect. I called the restaurant and they immediately solved the problem.

• 10/30/23Although I've eaten and ordered here before, my
experience on Sunday, October 29, 2023 was not a good one. The food I ordered was good as usual but I just didn't get all of my food. and I pretty much literally bought a personal pan pizza (9" Fletcher’s Special small pizza) for the price I would have paid for a medium or large menu priced pizza somewhere else and they are not a authentic Italian pizza restaurant. what I mean is Pizza is not their targeted base dish. They are not a Pizzeria. Now going back to not receiving all of my food, I ordered their lunch special spaghetti with meat sauce in addition to the pizza I spent a ridiculous amount on, and did not receive it. I called and after the 3rd call, they finally answered. I let them know they did not send my food and that my Dasher was coming back to get it. I was rudely told that they didn't have a lunch special. So my question was why would you have lunch specials posted for purchase online if you don't serve them? I was put on hold for 5 or 6 minutes before the phone hung up. No one came back to the phone.
But like I said before the pizza was good, but customer service was my issue. that is why I have the two stars. As a person who currently works in the restaurant industry I pride myself in giving great customer service whether it be in person or over the phone, and to me, that was unacceptable.

• 2/15/24The wings were really good just salty which may have nee my fault, I ordered battered with lemon pepper. Im assuming there batter has alot of salt PLUS Lemon pepper but i digress. The burger was huge and defi something ill be ordering again

• 3/15/24I ordered the Big Boy Burger with Asparagus. The Burger was overcooked, with a speck of mayo and 3 small pieces of lettuce that did not cover the bun. Needly to say,I was very disappointed with its presentation.

• 3/2/24I ordered the chicken pasta, asparagus and a Ceasar salad. The salad was completely missing and I literally got three small pieces of asparagus in the container looking extremely unappetizing. This was my first time ordering and I will not order again. This was very disappointing for the cost.
