My normal florist was unable to accommodate from a different company. Lou Ann saved the day with an impeccable and well designed bouquet and tiger. My wife was in love with them! Thank you Lou Ann!!

• 8/10/22I love Lou Ann Flowers. I have ordered flowers from here for 4+ years and they have always been polite, perfect, and timely. Finally, a place that still believes in an attitude of servitude for their customers.

• 6/27/23I ordered the Lou Ann Deal and chose the $32 upgrade, it was disappointing and definitely not worth it. Compared to the pic advertised, they maybe added 2-3 more flowers. I also mentioned her fav color was yellow, but that was ignored too. Will not use again

• 2/13/23I bought flowers and added 1 dozen chocolate dipped strawberries to the flower order. The flowers arrived, and were pretty, but they stiffed me on the chocolate covered strawberries. Those cost $30 extra... as of right now, I've had no reply and no refund on the strawberries.

• 2/14/25The flowers and everything itself were nice and beautifully setup, but I paid for a premium set, and what got it was not worth what I paid, and I did not receive the bear I paid and extra almost 30 dollars for. Luckily got a refund for the bear. will be going out and personally buying flowers next time. Will add though, they where able to do it day of Valentine's with short notice and got it here on time. would love to buy from them again, but Their "Premium" is not meeting standards I feel.
