This was our first time eating soufflé pancakes, so we decided to try both a sweet and a savory option. We ordered the SIGNATURE PANCAKE, Bacon Egg Benedict, Croffle (1pcs), and a Hazelnut Latte (hot, regular sugar). The SIGNATURE PANCAKE came in a nice box with all the fruit and toppings packaged in individual containers alongside the three pancakes. I could have eaten them in the box, but I had to assemble them on a plate with everything for the full effect. The pancakes were soft and tasted good by themselves but I did enjoy the cream, syrup, and fruit, as well. The Bacon Egg Benedict came on a tray inside its own box. Bits of greens and plain wavy chips were placed alongside it. A container of hollandaise sauce was also included. A generous amount of bacon was placed between the top two of the three pancakes. My boyfriend really enjoyed it. But we wish they had placed the chips inside a bag or a different container, because half of them were soggy. The Croffle (1pcs) was really a nice surprise. We only got it to try because a waffle and croissant hybrid sounded too good to pass up, and we can say it really is quite good. I think the next time we order from Fluffy Fluffy, I will try one of the Croffle sandwiches. The Hazelnut Latte was good and packaged well. In fact, everything was packaged well with the bags stapled closed. Overall, this was a very lovely brunch to have in bed on a rainy Sunday morning.
