The staff at this place is incredibly friendly and grateful when you pick up your order. The food is some of the best I’ve ever tasted, and it lasted for about two days. I’d definitely order again and again! 10/10 recommending the pulled pork.

We were passing through, on our way to Bristol, and decided to stop at a restaurant I found on Google. Shortly after taking the exit, off 81, we passed by Fly By Night. So I looked it up, and pictures, alone, had me telling my boyfriend to turn the car around!
And neither of us regret that decision.
The food was amazing! The portions were generous. And the owners were super friendly and helpful!
Uncomplicated menu. Fair amount of options.
I recommend everything we tried:
Meatloaf--I dont even like meatloaf but this was no ordinary meatloaf!(Tell me your secret!!!)
Mac & cheese-- FINALLY a place that does a traditional pan/baked recipe that satisfies that ultimate homecooked, comfort food craving!
Brisket--not too fatty, not too lean. Seasoned perfectly.
Ribs--Ate 'em dry because they were that damn good!
Baked Beans--Another item that has a flavor I've never experienced and wont ever forget!
I'll be driving the 95 minutes, again, soon, to devour another serving... with some meatloaf!
