I really enjoyed the Sausage Egg and Cheese Burrito. It was the perfect portion size and was generously stuffed with egg/ssg/chz. The Gravy Biscuit was also good. The gravy is yummy, but not the best I've ever had, yet I still ate most of it (pro tip - order your gravy on the side and use it on your burrito). Flying Biscuit is on my breakfast list now.

Flying Biscuit never disappoints, eggs are always cooked perfectly, biscuits are always delicious and the apple butter is phenomenal. Portions are fair and worth every penny. My only complaint is that they sometimes forget to pack the apple butter on delivery orders.

Both Bacon Grit Bowl & Chorizo Grit Bowl came super hot and VERY GOOD! I'm very surprised with the quantity and quality of the food for the price. I appreciate quality food at grat prices. I WILL be ordering from here again and again. I'm very impressed.

Flying Biscuit in Matthews is one of my local favorites. The Piedmont Omelette is my favorite breakfast meal. This omelette always arrives loaded with all my favorites. Be sure to ask for apple butter in the notes. It perfectly pairs with the biscuits. The bacon is always a 10/10 also. One of my DoorDash favorites.

Food was delicious - we always love Flying Biscuit food. The OJ was ridiculously small for 4.50 and the way the 1 Fluffy Flying Biscuit w/ cranberry apple butter was wrapped made it a little soggy so it fell apart. But everything still tasted great!
