So this is my favorite restaurant in downtown for breakfast. The food is so good, the staff is super friendly. There's honestly not a bad thing on the menu.

Ordered Bacon grits bowl- portion was significantly less than when I previously ordered, more so like kid's meal. Came with biscuit that was hard and tasted old. Sausage gravy biscuit and Fluffy flying biscuit, all biscuits were hard and tasted old. No apple cranberry butter was with fluffy flying biscuit as advertised. It came with commercial prepackaged jelly.

Everything was delicious. Im not from here, but I wanted to find a local breakfast place that had great food. Thankfully, I found that and then some from the flying biscuit cafe. The bacon and eggs breakfast was delicious. Ordering eggs to go can be tricky because they can get rubbery, but I had none of that from this place. The eggs were creamy and had just the right amount of cheese. Lastly, let me tell you about their amazing mouthwatering biscuit. It was so fresh and buttery, I'm kicking myself because I should of ordered six of them. I highly recommend this place!

French toast isn't stuffed. the cream is sandwiched between layers unevenly and some spots don't even have any. The chicken on the dirty bird was way under seasoned and the eggs that were supposed to be over easy were completely hard. the food was fine... just not what was expected.

I ordered the shrimp and grits and fried green tomatoes via DoorDash and found hair in my grits. I contacted the restaurant directly but they wouldn't rectify and make a new order. The dasher would have redelivered it to me, but now I have to contact DoorDash directly. My lunch is not what I hoped it would be. The fried green tomatoes are delicious however
