the breakfast burrito is out of this world!! how is this salsa better than at a Mexican restaurant?? amazing! the fruit was old and unedible but everything else was delish!

Because this establishment doesn't accept dash pass, the order of Southern Eggs Benedict which was $13 ended up being nearly $30. That aside it's a harder dish to find and a rare treat so we ran with it. Sadly. The hollandaise sauce was -sweet- and the biscuits were sweet. It gave the feeling of an incredibly confused and revolting cupcake. The grits were not bad. In summary: I had to order from somewhere else for breakfast because this is sitting in my trash.

I've been a patron of this store for almost a year now with very minimal complaints, but I can't really ignore it as we come closer to the holiday season. This restaurant needs a management overhaul. I've noticed a significant drop in quality for some of my favorite meals. The last straw was receiving a pancake that tasted (and looked) like cardboard, a cold biscuit with nearly no specialty jelly in a tiny cup and food that was painfully overcooked. I appreciate the swift service staff gives on busy days, but the environment is not inviting. It's usually cold, the music is INCREDIBLY loud to the point people are fighting with it at the breakfast table, and more than once I've caught servers standing in the kitchen on their phones. Someone needs to really step up and listen to this feedback because it's consistent with a lot of other reviews I've seen. I love this place and I want it to shine brighter than any other store.

my dasher was great but everytime I order from flying biscuit something is missing from my order. someone is not packing correctly. one time it's Grits this time I ordered two egg sandwiches and only got 1. please check for order accuracy prior to pick up.

The wheat French toast was disgusting. They didn't provide any napkins or utensils. The biscuit was great with the jelly. Grits were ok. I wanted a side of potatoes which were supposed to come with the French toast but there wasn't an option to pick one so they didn't give a side at all. Wasn't happy with this order.
