I was excited to learn Lynnwood would open a Fogo. I have visited and had Easter catered at the Bellevue location. Bellevue location was so good that I was worried Lynnwood may not be able to live up to the hype, however they surpassed my expectations. I ordered the Pao de Queijo (Cheese Bread), Seasonal Apple Manchego Salad, Quinoa Tabbouleh( a lil dry but still worth it, Medalhões com Bacon, and Costela de Porco. Everything was so fresh and warm as if they had brought it to the table. Can’t wait to visit in person.

Choose Two Meats (10oz.) & Two Sides Very large portions, which was great but it would have been even better of the meat had been cooked this century. Meat was dry and not very tasty. Strange for a Brazilian place. The chimichurri was all vinegar with some dried herbs in it. Weird. The potato salad was okay but not very flavorful. Lastly, the cheese bread tastes great.

TL;DR: the meats are fine but over priced, the sides are mostly plain and misleading. None of the food is worth the exorbitant prices being charged. While the meat in the Choose Two Meats (10oz.) & Two Sides was fine, it was definitely not worth the price. The Feijoada and Rice was very basic blacks and rice with none of the flavor you will find at a real Brazilian restaurant. The Seasonal Apple Salad was just a couple slices of cold grilled apples with none of the listed spices nor any butternut squash. The Seasonal Hummus had no croutons, had no evidence of the seasonal ingredients (pumpkin seeds, beets), and was just a tub of plain hummus you can buy at the grocery store. The Pao de Queijo - Cheese Bread (12 ea.) were likewise very obviously heated store bought breads (you can get the exact same ones from the Frozen aisle in Fred Meyer for less than half the price). The Garlic Mashed Potatoes were decent and flavorful, though wildly over priced for what they are.

The chicken dish that I ordered was fine. It's been better, but let's say "fine" for now. The potatoes are also "fine." However, for the cost of the asparagus...I received 3 micro-thin pieces. I'm not at all satisfied with this. A healthy portion of asparagus from an establishment like this, should not be an issue. It is. And, someone didn't care. I order frequently (at least twice a week). It would seem as this establishment would properly accommodate their regular customers.

Everything was nicely packaged and arrived hot 😋❤️ Only one downside with to-go ordering was the cook time carried over for the meats even with ordering rare/med rare. The foil to prevent juices from flowing out and loss of temp just took it more toward medium. Not dried out or cardboard level done. We just normally medium rare on the rarer-side. Meat was still tender and juicy 😘 🍻 Will order again, cheers!!🥂
