• 8/10/26Picanha Plate (Top Sirloin) - 8 oz - not even close to rare cooking, and more fat than meat. Only got one of the two entrees ordered and it had one of the two sides wrong.
Beer-Braised Beef Rib Sliders (3) - these were absolutely horrible. the burnt chips and end pieces that fell off the rest of the meat? it was so dry and crispy that I couldn't believe they had the nerve to charge $20+ for three of them. Not even 6oz of edible meat across the three of them.
Didn't include any chimmi churry sauce either. Unreal how far this place has fallen, it used to be incredible and now it's inedible and more expensive than ever.
I almost never leave bad reviews but this is the third time and it's shame on me for trusting them again. Only ever go to this restaurant in person.

• 3/30/25The potatoes were like water, they did not give me grilled salmon they gave me smoked salmon, the steak was super greasy. This was by far the worst experience I have had with this restaurant. Very disappointing.

• 11/8/25An atypically horrible showing for a restaurant that is usually good. Our dasher waited for 30 minutes at the restaurant for the food to be ready, and when it came it was cold, the meat was somehow both over cooked and undercooked at the same time (charred outside, cold red inside), one combo was missing a side, the portions were abnormally small, and none came with their cheese bread sides. Super disappointing for how expensive it is.

• 5/8/24Ordered: Choose Two Meats (10oz.) & Two Sides. Chose the marinaded chicken breast with leg & thighs. Never received a thigh, both chickens were so dry my plastic knife and fork actually broke and couldn't even chew the chicken. Quinoa Tabbouleh was 90% parsley & green onions. Cabrese was good. I eat at Fogo de Chão all the time when traveling but next time I'm in Rosemont, will not be eating here again. Very disappointed!
