My food was not hot when it was delivered but the taste was good and authentic. I like that the beans are a mixture of mashed and whole beans. Everything was flavorful and good sized portion. I had the Un Guizo with chicken tinga and carnitas en salsa Verde. It comes with rice, beans, and 3 handmade corn tortillas. It costs only $11. I split it with my nephew and still couldn't finish my half.

The Birria Ramen was EXCELLENT, a great sized portion, hot and rich. I have been feeling unwell for the last few weeks and this Birria Ramen really helped give me some strength and filled my belly when nothing else is appealing to me. my husband said the vegetable burrito was excellent as well and described it as "the best burrito hes ever had". Fonda Lupita is officially our favorite restaurant in Sanford now!

Fonda Lupita is my favorite Mexican restaurant nearby. The quesabirria is always delicious, I never expect it to be hot cause we live too far away. So it's saying something that I still order it on door dash frequently.
However I have tried the churros twice and I want to like them but for some reason they fill it with like dulce de leche filling or something? It just makes it feel like they're undercooked and adds nothing to it. I wish they'd offer unfilled churros because they're perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, such potential.

I have had the Birria Ramen in the past and it is normally really good. Today was the worse that I have had. It was so thick with limited water that I couldn't even eat it. Please go back to the old way of making it. Very disappointed.

Food was salty - I paid extra for consomé and it was literally less than half the side container. I have always loved this place and make it a stop when I am in town but I have been pretty disappointed with the food quality the last few times i've ordered.
