The Hot Bar is great. I am a wheelchair solo home owner - Now I can get good food cooked fresh.

Overall the food was good. Ordered 2 servings of each item. One serving of meatloaf was burned on the top.
Potatoes and pintos were good.
liked that the food was wrapped in plastic around the styrofoam plates.
Will likely order again.

we ordered what was supposed to be pattie melts. dry, bland and flavorless i don't even know if that was Real meat. it was so gritty. the fries were like Rubber .. at least they did seal the plates.

Three out of six missing items with no communication. No courtesy pack of utensils for a hot bar meal. I wasn't charged for the out of stock items but considering this is a meal delivered to my hotel, I would have made other choices had I been told

Order was changed. Apparently, store was out of meatloaf (at 3pm) and didn't notify me before substituting. Second time in a row that my order was incorrect. I, respectfully, request a refund for the hot bar meal.
