I was feeling sick and they made sure my soup was made to perfection. I had to add my own hot sauce lol but thank you so much. Road to recovery thank you so much.

Small Stew Chicken was hard to chew and could not be eaten, didn't have what was ordered and the food item substitute was not edible. Staff at the front are incompetent and have no customer service or communication skills

Very Over Priced For The Amount & Quality Of The Food.
The original price without discounts for two Rasta Pasta with Chicken , Chicken Soup Fried Plantain and 4 Drinks was 82 dollars. With their by one get one option it was still 67 dollars 70 with shipping..
The Rasta Pasta was all spice no flavor and doesn't look like the typical Rasta pasta you get from Footprints. Soup had more grissle than meat.. The Fried Plantain were mid quality.
People keep saying they fell off and are not who they used to be.. I didn't want to accept this but I would agree. Expansion without consistency is just a waste .
Definitely my last Footprints order..It's time to hand it up!!

Shrinkflation Happening first they raise the prices then the large Curry Chicken is more like a medium , and the festival Festival has shrunk substantially, and why is there only one plantain in a large order why are they so stingy? The food is okay but they got to do better with the portions.

The food is always hot. It's always fresh. They give you a beautiful size portion and if you have any problems, they work with you. We love this place.
