The CHICKEN PARMIGIANA + PASTAwas amazing and the CHEESY GARLIC BREAD was one of the best I have had. Huge portions I had dinner , lunch, and dinner again off of one order. I'll be ordering from here again.

I have loved Forma for years, it is nice there is now a Doordash option! I shared the Gnocchi Bolognese with my fiance, and we still had plenty left over. The Cheesy Garlic Bread was also very tasty. I would definitely go back again!

I never leave reviews but this is hands down one of our absolute favorite places. Being Italian I'm picky about my pastas. They never let me down here. It's homemade, fresh and hot every time. We order large portions so that we have leftovers. The RAVIOLI - CRAB , SPAGHETTI + MEATBALLS and CHEESY GARLIC BREAD are our main go tos every time. We order probably once a month and will continue to! 10/10!

Got the WRAP - CHICKEN CAESAR +SIDE for lunch. The portion size was huge. Probably the best chicken caesar wrap I've ever had. 10 outta 10 would recommend.

Good stuff. Huge portions. Last order I got the meatballs and the chicken wrap and the wrap had to be a pound of food. It was as large as my head. I've tried almost everything on the menu and everything was good. Fries are surprisingly good as well.
