The French toast was very thin and nothing like the picture. The egg and ham sandwich had a tiny thin slice of ham 1/5th the thickness of McDonalds or Dunks and looked nothing like the picture. The smoothie separated. The food just wasn't anything like the pictures show. I'm so disappointed :( I prefer to spend money with small private businesses over chains but there simply was not the value or taste to justify the expensive price tag.

The Fortissimo Plate is a hearty portion. Everything was tasty and cooked to my liking. The Caramel Machiatto was a lot smaller than I expected. It was still good but wish the cup was full to the top and not half way.

The absolute worst breakfast I have ever had. The potatoes were not edible . I asked for scrambled eggs with cheese and I got tiny pieces of some kind of shaved cheese not in the eggs just on the bottom of the plate.

Iced Pumpkin Chai was sweet and creamy! Waffles were soft and I prefer mine to be crispy. I put them in the air fryer for a bit and they were perfect!
