The ingredients are solid and high quality. Unfortunately, the bread is too soft and does not hold the sandwich, so the sandwich disintegrated :( I was particularly looking forward to Monaco, and it would be an awesome sandwich, if all ingredients were sliced and layered. Unfortunately, wedges of zucchini fall out, and the filings are too heavy and thick, so I had a mess on my plate, instead of a handheld I was hoping for.

All bread almost no meat. The bread is pretty good. The quality is good. But a sandwich with very little in it isn't what one expects from such a highly rated place

The Caprese was delicious. The staff I interacted with was also lovely.
