I've eaten there a few times and met the owners- they are good people! I tried the Curry Ramen for the first time and it was good.
They put instructions to heat up the broth for about 20-40 seconds and then add to the ramen contents. I tried this but it didn't fully taste immersed to me so I nuked the broth for 30 seconds, put the ramen contents in a bowl and added the broth in the bowl and cooked it some more for an additional 2-3 mins.
I didn't get any spice so it was a little bland to me, I believe it was formulated with spice in mind. I personally added a little salt (brings out the sweetness of the corn!), cracked black pepper, more curry powder, and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes (this is spicy)
Overall, super tasty. They do have gluten free noodles but if you have an allergy, be wary of soy sauce- some soy sauces are processed with wheat/gluten so celiacs beware. I have a gluten sensitivity and I did not react. I did toss out the soy egg though.

Thrilled to have finally tried the Tonkotsu Ramen and Gyoza (Pork or Veg). Huge portion, tasted amazing! The pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth fabulous. Delicious broth to top it all off. Amazing date night treat! Will absolutely be back for more.

Absolutely fantastic. Not sure why I waited so long to try this. I figured it would probably be meh, I was very impressed. I used to live downstate near Detroit so I've had a lot of ramen. Punched way above its weight, I had tokotsu Tonkotsu Ramen with extra pork belly. If you are craving something that won't wreck your gut like a lot of other things on doordash will. This will recharge you. I highly recommend giving this random review some consideration and try it yourself and see if it quenches your cravings. A little pricey over the doordash but I will definitely be having it again, they have it dialed in pretty well.

Overall, the portion sizes were Not worth the price but it was most noticeable for the Shrimp Tempura .The miso Shiitake Ramen was incredibly strange, and everything came decently cold despite paying for express. The only good thing of our order was the Gyoza (Pork or Veg) (we went with the veg option). Granted, some of the price issue may be with the way that door dash hikes them, but overall, the cost is Not worth it and I wouldn't order here again

My favorite is the Tonkotsu! Best ramen in Marquette hands down. If you have a chance to dine in they have arcade games as well! so much fun
