ordered a Foxtail Original Cold Brew with almond milk and raw sugar and they sent me dirt water. doesn't even taste like coffee

Drink was perfecty made, half of my sandwhich is hard as a rock. They overcooked it in the microwave. There is no contact number to call the store to make this right :(
