By the time the food got to us it was barely warm and mushy. However, I am still going to rate a 4 because that wasn't the restaurants fault. The food was good and I know it would have been delish if it arrived on time! The SIDE GUACAMOLE was a good portion for the price too!

I absolutely love this place! the food is very authentic and good portions. The people are very nice. They have fantastic tacos, chimis, enchiladas , and ofc the salsa's are a must!!

Absolutely delicious! The STEAK Onion, Tomato, Mushroom Quesadilla and SIDE RICE & REFRIED BEANS was the perfect amout and flavorful! I will definitely be ordering again!!

Large Chips & Salsa The salsa had sugar in it, very weird and not good.
Carnitas Tacos The meat was dry and chewy, all 6 tacos were like that. Chicken Flautas had almost zero toppings, dry, they weren't eaten
Fresh Made Guacamole Dip was ok but really salty. $120 for meh...

The store tried to reach me since they were out of Lengua Tacos but the number came up as potential scam on my phone (I am new to NJ so every NJ number comes up as such), so I didn't pick up so they chose an excellent beef taco substitute instead and they chose great! the meat was flavorful and the tortilla was soft but sturdy enough that it didn't fall apart when I added sauces on top. The Patacones con Pollo y Ensalada de la Casa was delightful and I will definitely be ordering it again. the chucken was juicy and the pickled veggies balanced the savory flavors really well. The Tamarindo Juice was so refreshing and I was really grateful to be able to try it since it isn't a common drink in the areas I've lived before. The Mango-Con-Chile was a tad underripe but that is 100% on me for ordering it when they aren't in season. The Churros w/ Dulce de Leche Filling were lovely as well with a good texture and they weren't overwhelmingly sweet. Overall I can't recommend Franco's Taqueria more! However if you dislike cilantro/coriander, don't order that set of toppings. I however ADORE cilantro so I was so excited to see how much they put on the Tacos and the Patacones! Thanks for the great lunch!
